Very nice site, lovely amenities.
Bonus was a farmers market on the Saturday morning, we had breakfast at the restaurant which was good value for the money, would stay there again if ever in the area.

Peaceful rural site handy for visiting Norwich, the Broads & Great Yarmouth. Cafe upstairs at Black Barn.

Only 2 showers & 3 toilets shared with cafe/ shop units. Fees quite high considering facilities.

Cleanliness of toilets, it didn’t appear they were cleaned during our 3 nights as same toothpaste drips down side of sink cabinet
Lack of washing facilities as there are no washbasins- v small sink in toilet but too small to use and no mirror.
Could do with a campsite notice board with basic info included such as emergency contact, bus and train times, rules for recycling etc
No WiFi servíce
Overall seemed quite pricey for what was provided

Very friendly, well kept site. The shower block is very new and the cafe and farm shop are great and convenient. Also highly recommend The Stag which is a lovely walk away.

Polite and helpful staff . The service and breakfast in cafe was amazing . Shower block and toilets were clean .
I was fortunate to be staying whilst farmers market was on . Great touch to listen to live music whilst having a coffee

We only stayed 1 week

The quality of the clean showers and toilets for campers; an organisation with its own intended facilities for both campers and non-residents (locals) alike; great on-site dining and shopping; brilliant natural rural setting; easy access; the bird and tree life - lit by night.

Clearly still under development, so evidence of construction work. Not a problem.

The freedom of pitching where you like rather than being assigned a pitch that might not necessarily be suitable for you
The facilities - I heard people moaning about muddy footprints in there but it's on a working farm for goodness sake!
The barn for a WONDERFUL breakfast and that it's not open in the evening creating lots of noise
The ground is absolutely fantastic for putting in pegs and for drainage when it rains
Trevor is very relaxed, doesn't come round bothering you at all, but is always willing to help if you ever have an issue

The pitches were covered in tall weeds which wasn't great as we have an awning without a ground sheet. They were mowed about an hour after we arrived though so anyone else arriving wouldn't have an issue (this is literally the ONLY negative we have though)

It was a lovely site, good sized pitch for our tent. Very nice owner who makes you feel very welcome and the cafe/farm shop was ideal for breakfast and a midmorning coffee and cake. Toilet and shower facilities were first class. Will definitely be back in the future.
