Every thing was brilliant. Large pitch, all amenities of a high standard. No push button showers, turn it on and it works until you turn it off.

Shops include butcher, deli and craft shops. The cafe was outstanding!

Lovely quiet site with good flat roomy pitches with electric. Liked the accessibility of the local bus to Norwich. Excellently clean facilities. Friendly welcome. Good base for exploring.

The evening lights in the trees were attractive but, environmentally (energy use and for wildlife), not good.

No proper check-in or place to ask questions, no board showing local pubs, takeaways, walks, etc.

The shops in the barn were more for outside visitors, closing too early to be of use to campers. A small bar (maybe just weekends/summer even) for campers with a small food offering would be better for campers rather than braving the walk on the path-less main road to the nearest pub.

Toilets and showers will need to be doubled if the site expands as expected (preferably not unisex). Sinks in loos were minute, a sink in the outer area for teeth cleaning etc would be useful. Additional hooks or a shelf for belongings in shower a necessity.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the pitches level - nice you could choose any available pitch.
Nice that it is an adult only site meaning it is quiet. Also nice that there aren’t too many pitches so not too over crowded altho to be fair it is towards end of season.
Nice to have a shop and cafe on site too.
Toilet and shower facilities were largely clean.

The proximity of the shops and cafe meant that vehicle traffic impinged on tranquility of the camping area.
The summer fayre was as lovely accept the visitors used the camping toilet and showers which meant a large number of people coming through including children into the adult only area.
The ‘industrial’ areas used to support the farm shop etc made the place feel untidy and ugly - could be gated off.
An extra large waste bin might prevent overflowing of litter - the one there was too full.
Some traffic noise from nearby road, altho a minor impact.

This place does have its good points. The location isn’t bad, the pitches are a good size and it’s peaceful, and the sound of owls at night was lovely. The farm shop is really good too, and although we didn’t eat at the cafe it seemed very popular - as the meat from the butchers was such good quality I wouldn’t be surprised if the food was good too.

Toilets weren’t all that clean and there weren’t enough of them. Unisex toilets only work if you’re genuinely catering for men and women ! No sanitary bins (just a waste basket) and sinks too small for a wash, no mirrors in the cubicles. Overflowing rubbish bins was really bad, and a lot of construction material on the way in - the washing up station didn’t look particularly sanitary. It’s not the cheapest of sites and it needs a spruce up really and more regular cleaning. Not walkable to local pub, as no path on main road

Driveway around site very stony with some broken tiles & glass mixed in. Not good for tyres!
Too many campers there with dogs made it a bit noisy!

Showers and Toilets were also of a high standard, far above other campsites.
The onsite cafe/restaurant was delightful.

What a find! Well-maintained pitches, clean wash block with decent showers, fantastic farm shop cafe for breakfasts. Really tranquil spot away from the main road - most of the sounds you hear are from the pheasants and owls. Loved the hands-off approach by the owners - you just turn up, find yourselves a pitch and crack on with your holiday! Packing up was very leisurely too - no-one hassling you to have left by 10am. Will definitely be returning!
