As a large group we have been coming for over 10 years. I love the revamp of the camp site, so many things to do, the children loved it.
The staff that clean the toilets and showers do a great job, they have to clean up after so many dirty guests. I like the arcades but I feel the old arcade set up was better and the plush toy grab machines weren’t rigged, (my family would normally bring home a few teddy’s) and the prices have gone up in the old arcade.
The vibe this year actually felt like a nice holiday vibe, I think it was the new set up and beautiful weather.Non mi è piaciuto: I heard a lot of racist language coming from the splash park, a white lady calling a black lady and her family animals, saying they were all animals ( which was disgusting as my family are white, black and Asian)
The security dealt with the matter in a professional manner. Maybe security in the splash park as the children were all fighting, Groups of youths ( I believe from outside the campsite) upsetting the public and security and members of public having to chase them.
I was staying in shelduck 4 the showers, toilets and bins are so far away from our area, we used to camp in Teal Meadow and that was close to the toilets, but Teal meadow is no longer an area to camp.
I would definitely say more toilets and showers are needed across the site.
The security have to put up with a lot from members of the public, but professional.

I have 3 girls aged 10,12 and 14 years old and all really enjoyed the pump track the most. The entertainment on the evening was fantastic with tribute bands and fire breathers. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and not too busy. Will definitely be booking again. It's our 3rd time coming and I've never been disappointed x

Thanks for your comments and delighted you and your party enjoyed all of the new and refurbed facilities we have added to the park. Pleased you found the cleaning team to be doing a great job and it is always nice to be able to pass on positive guests comments to the team.
I was saddened to read of the incident at the splash park but pleased to hear our security team dealt with it professionally. We have now added a lifeguard in the lido to ensure all guests are enjoying themselves. We are also reviewing all feedback and guest comments for 2025 and this includes the touring facilities so thanks for bringing that to our attention. I do hope that we get to see you very soon again at Billing.
