We were aware that the site was under new management, having visited years ago we thought we’d give it a go. Very clean, lots of activities, definitely family friendly. We will be back.

The staff are obviously new and very young. I’d like to know what was going on, how to book activities and swimming etc. but they didn’t detract from the nice site.

Lovely setting great pool friendly staff good food and entertainment big improvements currently underway will be brilliant when finished.

The showers/toilets could do with being twice the size and a bit better looked after

No market pitches- told to pitch anywhere in the area we had booked - consequently we were hemmed in by other campers who definitely pitched too close- less than 3 metres between.
Not enough toilet facilities (only 2 blocks) for the amount of campers so regularly queued for showers. Facilities were generally clean though

Amazing entertainment at the venue all included. Swimming was great, we were a little disappointed they have reduced the swim time to 45 minutes but the kids still had lots of fun! Lovely clean site with clean showers and toilets.

Prices of the water sports activity’s

Lots of activities and equipment to keep children entertained. Good that swimming pool is free to use. Staff kept toilets clean most of the time considering site was so busy.

Changing area in swimming pool floor was very dirty, lots of lockers not working. Caravans very close to each other. Very noisy on first night we stayed, caravans a couple down from us. Second day, started getting rowdy about 2ish, (due to drinking) lots of swearing, decided not to stay for second night due to this, as we had a 2 and 4 year old with us, so left around 8 o’clock. Disappointed that we had to make this decision but we didn’t feel happy to be in this environment. Definitely would not visit again in high season, we had visited in June and it was a lot better, some noisy people at night but ok in day.

Loved the place, the attractions and facilities

There were a large family that made noise on two occasions until 2 am. Called security and they were dealt with on both occasions

Although we booked an electric pitch, we decided to pitch on the grass near the none electric area as it didn't feel overcrowded, and we appreciated the extra space. There’s plenty to do for the kids, which was a big plus for our stay.

The constant toilet smell and the condition of the toilets and showers were major downsides.

While I don't entirely blame the park, it's shocking how some people think it's acceptable to smear feces all over the toilets and walls—it's disgusting, and I dread to think what their homes must be like!

The park really needs to have 24/7 cleaners for the toilets and showers. I know this might mean an increase in prices, but I'd much rather pay a bit more for clean and hygienic facilities. Additionally, the chemical waste area was tiny, lacked a hose, and was just generally unpleasant. With some improvements in these areas, the experience would be much better.

Cars driving fast down the avenues when there were children about.
Clearly signs say 5mph and 10mph in some areas.
Toilets male and female were quite often out of hand soap in the dispensers.
