Thanks for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. Pleased that you found lots to do and that the facilities were value for money, thanks for taking the time to tell us. Am sorry to hear that you found the toilet blocks in need of a refurbishment as both were done back in May when we took over the park as the new owners. We do have a dedicated team of cleaners that look after the blocks and am sorry to read that you found no soap in the dispensers during your time with us. With regards to the pool lockers where some were not working, I have passed this and your other comments to park management for review. Once again, thanks for your constructive comments, it is only be reviewing comments from guests such as yourselves that we can continue to improve the experience we provide. |

Thanks for your comments. Delighted you enjoyed your time with us and are enjoying all the changes that we are making. Sorry to hear that you did not find our toilet blocks as expected. We do have a dedicated team of cleaners that do look after these facilities and they are frequently checked by a member of management. Our security team do regularly patrol the park facilities ensuring that who are using them are guests, owners or day visitors and was sorry to read that you found visitors from the locality. The pool now has a strict session booking policy so we have improved this and constantly look at our guest feedback for more ways we can continue to improve the experience for this year and into 2025. We have moved a lot of our activity bookings to being online for convenience of our guests and the feedback has been positive - I am sorry that you did not find this to be the case.
