Loads to do clean friendly

Lovely site, so big and it’s beautiful.
Lots of different food options.
Great little Swimming pool and water area outside. Lots of activities for
Children to doThrough out the day; parks, swimming, splash zone , boats, inflatables, summer games, films, bike hire, adventure land, golf. Two arcades And outdoor films
For me the only let down was how far the toilet was from heron way triangle and site never very lit up at night time.

Toilets and Showers were close to our pitch (Shelduck 5).
Playground there too for the kids to go off and play in.
Some nice patches of grass for the kids to play football too
Very quiet and relaxed.
It's defo a site catered towards kids and families as there's heaps for them to do.

The showers do have doors FYI!

Only thing was the showers. There should be more hooks and maybe bigger showers so families can assist each other (if you have a baby or something, its hard to wash them as theres no where to put your stuff)

Site was beautiful

When we arrived at billing aquadrome although we book through pitch up back in June I had my booking reference number and also you had taken the monies out of my account on 1st July We were shown on screen you had not ever sent our booking to them We were then told because they were absolutely packed that weekend we would have to go home After having to fight my corner the manager was very good and found us an emergency pitch I was also told that this is happening with pitch up a lot now They told me they would be investigating this with pitch up and I would be hearing back from pitch up which has never happened For this reason I am not prepared to take this chance in the future so will not be booking through pitch up again

Lovely flat campsite with lots of amenities. Swimming pool was lovely!
Staff were lovely and friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Very disorganised! on arriving was asked for a pitch number, which I didn't have, just a field name. Was told if you go on the wrong pitch you will be moved, when I got to the field there wasn't any pitch numbers anywhere, it was a free for all and was hard to find somewhere to go.
Swimming was hard to book, we weren't told about an app until the end of the holiday which you could only use if you had an apple phone anyway.

Happy with booking,
All information correct,
Good site, with lots of improvements already happened, more improvements are in hand.
Lots of free enjoyment for us to enjoy, train ride goes around main lake opposite Venue, also other stops along the way to get on and off, supervised by driver very kind and helpful.
Children were having much fun on their bikes, scooters on a fenced in new track keeping them entertained and away from road, so much more to explore.
Easy to find way around site,
Plenty to do.

Only thing we found was to be disliked,
Pitches aren’t marked out, but campers were very respectful of giving others good space for pitch and parking. So understand having so many different sized units arriving how this is hard to mark out.
Will be returning to see how much more they achieve.

Toilet and shower facilities easily accessible to pitches. Nice small parks dotted arpund the site. Beautiful lakes and walks. Security on site and presence seen for sense of safety. Good range of activities on site. Good entertainment we saw a great blues brothers show.

Swimming times were very short and felt very disorganised. You could only use an apple phone so haf to rely on a family member then booking said it had an error later in the day. Session was difficult to start on time as small locker room and also requires 50p for locker which would have been nice to have been told before getting changed. After the chaos as there is not handover time between sessions creating massive crowd in changing room needing to get changed and then a load of people wanting to enter to get changed for the session. This means you have about 20.mins swim time less if you spend time queuing for the slide..

Would be for those just over 2 meters to be allowed on with a parent.

The toilets could get very dirty snd showers at times but when cleaners were there it was lovely.
