All the news and fantastic looking features like the amphitheatre (wasn't sure what will happen when it rains though), the BMX track, the water attractions too. Also the landscaping of the fields to keep the cars out of certain areas which were, when we went smothered in wild flowers, and looked pretty. Also if you don't want electricity, the freedom to pitch where you want too.

The toilets and shower facilities. They have removed almost all of the old ones, that were at different places around the field and just left one of the old ones and only one set of both toilets and shower's for each set. Also the new shower block sink area had nowhere to hang your towel or wash bag either, though, they are nice being new, really was filthy, in most aspects, which tbh is only to be expected by the sheer volume using them. Washing up area was okay, but again, due to the number of people using it, it wasn't enough either. The chemical toilet point was also yuck, but I think there is only one of... again for the number of pitches, etc. Not nearly enough of.

Our weekend stay was excellent. We never heard the girls say they were bored once. (Aged 11 & 9)
The place was kept tidy around the park, you could actively see staff maintaining areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Plenty of eating/drinking facilities and things to do around the complex

Feedback: The superior pods say it can sleep a max of 2, however we feel you could easily sleep x4 with an air bed on the floor near the sofa

Toilet paper was an issue, I understand it always will be due to the volume of people, however there should be larger rolls left on the side perhaps so the units are not left totally empty.

Also the showers, need more drainage, it's difficult to get dry without getting soaked again as the floor hold alot of water - may I suggest having a shower mop in each cubicle near the drainage, so people can simply shower and then sweep the water away themselves to make it a little easier. I woukd of been more than happy to do that. Won't eradicate the issue totally, but at least the is a measure in place to help.

Absolute chaos.
The pitches were a mess, not organised, rubbish and cigarette ends everywhere, it was a hike just to go to the toilet block which was the worst I have ever seen. Showers were just as bad. All I heard was others saying the same thing. Will never go back. Thank god I was only there 2 nights.
We never did find any water points, fortunately friends were in a Static so spent most of it there

All the new entertainment and things to do. Kids loved it

With all the new features that they have put in its a shame they don’t put the same effort into the toilets.

Everything, we left after 2 hours. Staff were rude on arrival

The site has been vastly improved with much better facilities and activities.

Didn’t like the fact that the inside stage and seating area has been replaced by an amusement arcade ….. meaning that all the shows now take place in the amphitheater , which isn’t weather friendly.
Also the fair has now gone ( I know it didn’t belong to Billing ) and was a really good facility especially for a he teenagers.

Great time. 15 of us between the age of 8 and 60. Had so much fun plenty to keep everyone entertained
