Mi è piaciuto This lodge was in a gorgeous setting, so peaceful and idilic. The variety of toiletries was a nice little touch.
Non mi è piaciuto Unfotionatly for what could have been a lovely break was let down by the cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the toilet was left dirty which at first I thought were stains but after cleaning the toilet myself they were easily removed, the bathroom sink was also filled with brown dirty water on arrival and the shower plug was completely blocked, which left showering a little tricky as it kept flooding. Also we were asked to turn the outside light off which left us feeling like we were being watched. Also one of the radiators in the living area didn't work in the large open plan living area which made the space difficult to heat. Although I fully understand the price was very reasonable, I do still expect as a customer for it to be clean.

Dal gestore: I'm sorry but your review is disgusting all the lodges have just undergone a deep clean which we do after Xmas every year along with Cherry Lodge being painted from top to bottom, I clean the lodges to high standard and always have. And yes I asked you to switch off the outside lights which you left on several times. My electric bill is high enough as it is, its just courtesy to switch them off.... there are also signs saying we have cctv

Mi è piaciuto We really loved everything bout it. it was amazing the hot tub was amazing emma your amazing such a nice person to talk to you and the house was amazing and to hear the horse gallop at night was so wonderful

Mi è piaciuto Very cosy lodge nice and warm. Everything clean & tidy. Hot tub clean and ready to use on the day we got the there bonus.
Loved the horse & goats too.
Very good for star gazing in when skys are clear.

Mi è piaciuto Easy to find, beautiful and private location within a fair distance to some lovely walks along with the Elan Valley.
The lodge is spacious, clean and well equipped. Great garden for dogs and the hot tub is a great feature.
Lovely to see some friendly animals on the site.

Mi è piaciuto We got upgraded to the lodge instead of the 1 bedroom. This was a 30th birthday weekend away for my fiance. We both had the best weekend away. The hot tub was amazing and didn't want to get out. Emma was so lovely and friendly brought us fresh eggs for the morning & a bottle of bubbly for the birthday girl. The beds were so comfortable and the sofas. The lodge had everything we needed for the weekend. Even down to little things we might have forgot like deodorant etc. How amazing. We honestly can't wait to come back again soon.

Dal gestore: Very disappointed in your review as you txt me saying how lovley the lodge was and how you enjoyed your stay!! It's only because you asked for a late check out and I refused as I had 3 lodges to clean and hot tubs to empty that sun morning, that you've left a bad review, The Lodge is 2 years old and in immaculate condition inside and out, my reviews on here speak for themselves as I've always had 10 out of 10 reviews and always mentioned how clean my lodges are. SHAME ON YOU .
