I had the whole site to myself so plenty of space and nice and quiet.
Non mi è piaciuto Only dislike is the porta loo, nothing wrong with it in particular, it was clean.
But maybe a compost toilet would suit better.

Mi è piaciuto The surroundings - on a beautiful sheep farm. We even got to see them rounding up the sheep in the morning.
The campsite was quiet and lovely. We paid extra for a campfire kit and the owner brought everything to us by our pitch.
We will definitely be staying again!

Mi è piaciuto Quiet, quaint, clean & beautiful. I felt safe as a solo female on my own. The water was good and the portal's was clean. Picnic tables were an amazing bonus. Perfect distance to Elan Valley and Mid Wales attractions and just off the A road. There is also an honesty shop (I didn't go, just drove past) in case you get stuck so bring cash and you are literally next to builth Road railway station. Suitable for car roof tent camping.

Mi è piaciuto Loved this campsite nestled in a rural setting. The serene atmosphere was enhanced by the delightful sounds of owls hooting in the evenings, birdsong welcoming the mornings, and even the gentle bleating of sheep. The host was friendly, warmly greeting each new camper and allowing the freedom to select the preferred pitch. Without hesitation, I would recommend this campsite and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.
Non mi è piaciuto The toilet was not clean when we arrived, and there was no toilet paper available. However, it was pleasing to see that the toilet was cleaned and in a satisfactory condition by the morning.
