Mi è piaciuto Spacious pitches and staff found me a nice sheltered spot as weather was not the best on our stop over, Children enjoyed arcade. The restaurant was a good price. Shower block and toilets was clean, tidy and warm, Staff were Friendly and welcoming

Non mi è piaciuto It was rather boggy in touring area, possibly not helped by weather. I feel a little more TLC is required here, the whole are felt rather dated. Shame that Swimming pool was closed

Non mi è piaciuto We had to wait a while for someone to show us our pitch. Regardless of what is advertised, there is no swimming pool, I was told by a member of staff it would be fixed within days then another member of staff told me management had no intention of fixing this.The toilets and showers were clean. The pitches were not well maintained boggy even in dry weather. Disruption on site with police in attendance, inappropriate behaviour from other campers speaking to our daughter about very inappropriate topics, disgusting!. We didn't stay our full holiday I would recommend to never visit here unless there is a major overhaul of the entire place.

Mi è piaciuto The pitches were a good size and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was good.

Non mi è piaciuto Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed during our stay which we were notified about the day before travelling. Finding the check in point was a challenge and site signage is not clear.
Cleanliness of the shower block and toilets was not the best.

Mi è piaciuto GREAT THAT IT HAD A CLUB WITH ALCOHOL & ENTERTAIMENT

Non mi è piaciuto ALL GRASS PITCHES WERE FLOODED, THINK THEY NEED HARDSTANDING PITCHES NOW. STAFF IN RESTAURANT WERE RUDE & ARROGANT. SWIMMING POOL WASN'T OPEN, FOOTBALL PITCH IS HORRENDOUS. GAVE VOUCHERS OUT FOR CRAFTS, BUT MY 12YR OLD WASN'T INTERSTED AS HE WANTED SWIMMING POOL & FOOTBALL PITCH. COMPANY THAT OWNS THE PARK ARE IN ADMINSTRATION WHICH NO ONE TELLS YOU BEFORE GOING.

Non mi è piaciuto The clubhouse is very small and hard to get seats and was full of feral kids and they don’t have anyone collecting glasses so tables were full

Mi è piaciuto This site has potential , bar area and entertainment that was on was ok , craft area a nice touch and reasonably priced paint a pot , sand art , food not bad in restaurants and all looks to have been refurbished

Non mi è piaciuto Avoid this site in wet weather the ground was waterlogged to the point that cars and vans were being towed off with a tractor we spent the whole weekend covered in mud as did our units ,there is one man organising every and he’s definitely overstretched , the toilets were new but dirty all the time the shower block again dirty and only two showers working poorly , the electric kept tripping and the site was only half full , the site is apparently in administration so a lot of facilities were not open pool , fish shop pizza shop we only found this out on arrival

Non mi è piaciuto I had a very disappointing stay at this campsite and wouldn’t recommend it. The pitches were in terrible condition - completely boogy and difficult to set up, especially after even light rain. On top of that the grass was left far too long, making the whole site feel poorly maintained and neglected.
On arrival, there was only 1 female shower working, we were told others would be getting fixed, however still remained unfixed the next day.
One of the main reasons we chose this campsite was for the swimming pool, only to find it was closed with no prior notice. This felt incredibly frustrating and misleading. The site did however offer £25 vouchers per child to be used on any activities on the site.
We unfortunately had planned our stay as storm Dave had hit the UK, when bad weather was approaching staff were completely unhelpful and there was no guidance or support offered, so our only option was to pack up and go home.
Overall, a poorly managed site with little regard for guest experience. I won’t be returning.

Mi è piaciuto The entertainment for the children and the entertainment team were nice, toilet and shower blocks clean

Non mi è piaciuto Boggy pitches, poor organisation and the poor bloke who had to show us to the pitche's got all the stick, pool was closed which was the main reason we booked, were were offered vouchers off activities for children due to pool being closed, but having a 3 year old with autism didnt really suit!! We were allowed food upstairs first night then we were declined the second night and told no take aways, yet other people were leaving with take away boxes, no hot food options whilst upstairs, multiple people using showers meant water was running slow down the walls

Mi è piaciuto Good location, easy access to the twin and a walk along the coast.

Non mi è piaciuto Pitches where boggy, all grass so any heavy rain leaves them very wet. The site has been prepped for a weekend if activity and no instructions on where to go to check in, leaving access hard for touring caravans. Could have been better. An incident also closed all facilities for half a day and food options for breakfast where limited. Shop was also not fully stocked as it was the last weekend of opening.
