Kedvelték Friendly hosts, really helpful and met their gorgeous dog Betty. Nice communal reception area with honesty box for various items, washing up area. Toilet, shower, board games etc. Really peaceful place, beautiful greenery all around.

Nem kedvelték Slightly wonky pitch. Chocks may be needed but other than that, was lovely stop off and would go back without hesitation.

Kedvelték Nice shower/toilet blocks. Nearby walking distance to local pubs, convenience store and a retro shop. Local for trains and buses if needed.

Nem kedvelték We travelled from the North West in horrendous weather conditions and communicated that we would be 10 or 15 minutes after check in cut off. Unfortunately, we were advised to find alternative accommodation for the first day and no refund for one night or transfer of night to the other side of our two night stay was forthcoming so.lost money..so if travelling a long distance maybe book somewhere with a later check in flexibility for your first night as it was a waste of £40 for us.

Kedvelték Beautiful.fishing lakes, very pretty. Nice smart campsite with a range of accommodation types catered for. Small bar that was very busy so didnt use and also a pop up takeaway for an hour so we got a pizza and some fish and chips. Showers were ok. Overall good value for money.

Nem kedvelték My partner did get trapped in the toilet block but the staff were very quick in dealing with that and so that was more comical than anything! Our pitch was by a huge tree that seemed to have a lot of wasps living within. Our breakfast was a stressful one with wasps not leaving us alone. Not sure I would want that pitch number again.

Kedvelték Had everything we needed. Friendly reception. Really good showering/ toilet facilities. Could plug in own hair dryers etc. We had food from the takeaway service and from the cafe and has a bar and some entertainment. The pitch for our campervan was peaceful. Didn't use the indoor pool as had no swimming gear with me but it was a lovely stay. All staff were very friendly.
