All in all a great site close to lots to see & great friendly staff

Kedvelték A clean very tranquil site, lots of wildlife & the warden Christine was extremely friendly & helpful
Nem kedvelték Better toile/shower facilities, I wasn't keen on the porta cabin shower unit or the green porta toilet although they were very clean. No light in the porta toilet which made it unsafe for me being disabled.

All in all a very enjoyable short break,
2026. okt. Kedvelték The site was clean, exceptionally peaceful & Christine the warden was so so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. She advised us on the best places to visit & where not to adventure to with a dog due to local travellers.
Nem kedvelték It would have been nice to have a better toilet block but they had been refused permission to build a brick one. A light in the porta loo would have been advantageous as night time visits were a bit daunting with no lights.
