Kedvelték Informative welcome Placed on ‘the paddock’ ( a smaller patch away from the main area that seemed to have ‘a lot’ of seasonal tourers on. ) maybe this is the reason. I don’t know. Good one way system in place & nice low speed limit. Designated path down the back side of the park for dog walking. Bin areas well marked and good signage.

Nem kedvelték Signs for No ball games allowed ( understandable around the caravans etc ) but no field/space set aside to do so either. Maybe the caravan park is aimed at the older generation.

Kedvelték Super friendly & informative welcome upon arrival. Lovely level well maintained pitches. Even the hard standing was great for the pegs of the awning. ( we’ve lost a fair few pegs due to super hard rocky ground before now) The toilets & showers were kept real neat and tidy. A lovely spot if you just want to relax on site or a great place to explore the surrounding area.

Kedvelték Vast amount of space between pitches. So unless your neighbours are really loud you’re unlikely to hear them. Although I was looking forward to the quirky shed toilets we were all extremely impressed with the brand spanking new facilities block. No cost spared & cleaned regularly. Also the book /dvd library and the little leaflets of local walks. ( lovely touch ) We will return as there are lots more places we’d like to visit locally

Kedvelték The site was more than adequate. We like that the manager came out to each booking and talked you through it all. We only stayed the one evening as we’d just collected our tourer & wanted to try it out. We will return. Maybe stay for 2-3 nights next time.

Nem kedvelték The bathrooms are a little dated round the edges but more than useable. Don’t let this put you off. There was always toilet roll to hand
