Kedvelték Lovely big pitches and spotless toilet/shower facilities. A wonderfully quiet, well kept site

Nem kedvelték Maybe some more rubbish disposal sites nearer to the pitches?

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re so pleased you enjoyed the spacious pitches, spotless facilities, and peaceful, well-kept site. We appreciate your suggestion about adding rubbish disposal points closer to the pitches and will take it into consideration. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Kedvelték Friendly place close to village with few pubs not too far from retail park. Nice walks. Showers and toilet block not too far from pitch, shop. Had curry pop up and pizza pop up during our stay. Children’s play area. Make sure you bring chocks as some pitches not flat. Plenty of space in between hard standing piches

Nem kedvelték Showers and toilets had just been cleaned when we arrived however hand driers did not work blue roll left on first day but once run out had to bring own towel or use toilet roll. After first day had to clean shower floor before using as dirty. Toilets/ showers only cleaned on Friday then not touched whole weekend which is a pity as let’s the site down!

Kezelői megjegyzés: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, we welcome all feedback. Sorry to see that you will not return in the future. The showers and toilets are cleaned and checked on a daily basis. Our housekeeping are here over the weekend and the toilets are cleaned by them and checked and re cleaned as necessary through the day by the managers. Please be reassured if the toilets were left for the period of time you are suggesting they would not be usable and there would be no toilet paper the whole weekend. We are sorry you had to clean the shower floor, we do provide equipment for guests to use after using the facilities, unfortunately some guests do not choose to use it and leave dirty floors/facilities behind them. Many thanks
