Kedvelték Spacious site. Onlyb4 others there when we weee there . Water on site and Organic toilet and use of fire burners for free no check in by or
Leave by times and owners are very nice and friendly . Quiet peaceful and relaxed . Dog friendly too
Nem kedvelték £8 per sack of wood . But can bring your own organic toilet not for the prim n propper. It’s a toilet seat into a 6 foot drop of sawdust shit pee and weeeee. But it’s organic so must get used to spread on the land . Could be a bit pricey at £12 per person with no electric or waste bins. As you have to take your rubbish with you ..

Kezelői megjegyzés: Hi Andy, Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry that our pricing structure wasn't clear for you. I can imagine it was unexpected when I said that you needed to pay for the additional 5 people that you brought along with you if you thought you could have as many people as you wanted for £24 (the price of 2 adults, which is what you booked for) I think you'd be hard pushed to find anywhere that would have 7 people for £24! We do our very best to set expectations about the farm and the camping too. Yes, we are VERY basic. A compost loo (the most environmentally friendly way to deal with human waste....and lest face it, we all poo!) And a cold water tap. What you also get are - panoramic views of the peak district - large spacious pitches with loads of room to pitch and play games - fire pits to use free of charge (I know of sites charging £10 per night for these) - no check in or check out times meaning you can makes the most of every day Our bags of logs contain approx 15kg of wood. That's about double you would get for the same price in a petrol station or supermarket. Most people comment that it's a really good deal. We also say that people can bring their own logs as realise some people have access to logs themselves. We know our set up isn't for everyone.... for the majority who come they love it. Less is often more ;) Thanks Emma
