Kedvelték Really enjoyed our time here. The grounds of Paxton house are fantastic with a lovely walk down to the Tweed. Our dog loved the river. The pub in the vllage is well worth a visit too.

Kedvelték Excellent site, very organised and clean in a lovely location. Really enjoyed the direct access to the river and being able to walk along the riverside path into the town. We had a lovely French meal in the Forester’s bar which is highly recommended.

Kedvelték Great walk into town Kirby Lonsdale is a fantastic town to visit, especially the brewery taproom

Kedvelték Great campsite with very friendly hosts and fantastic pitches. The pool was a bonus. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The on-site bar and restaurant although limited was very welcoming and we enjoyed a couple of evenings eating there. This was a appreciated as there's nothing much available in the village itself. We found some good dog waking trails near the sports pitches and towards the canal.
