What was it you particularly didn’t like about the toilets? These have been completely revamped earlier this year at a considerable amount of time, effort and cost to us. Were they left in a state that was unacceptable after someone else used them? Were they not to your satisfaction in other ways? This review doesn’t help us to see where things have gone wrong so it’s a bit like stabbing in the dark here. Mick
