Kedvelték What a beautiful pod. We only stayed one night but would loved to have stayed longer . Very clean and welcoming The welcome pack was lovely for those little items you might have forgotten Coffee pod machine which hubby loved In a lovely quiet setting

Nem kedvelték The only thing I disliked was the plug in air freshener it smelt lovely when entering the pod but I had to switch off as it was way to strong for me but that's my issue as I can't have them at home as strong smells give me migraine so not the owners fault .

Kedvelték Site was lovely and clean. Great views and just outside whitby. Very convenient for whitby. Scarborough etc . Also great value this time of year . Great dog walking area which was mowed for ease of walking

Nem kedvelték We wanted to put up a side awning to our van which we paid for only to find where we were pitched we couldn't put the awning up as it meant we would be facing the motor home bumper of the other person so didn't bother . When I went to reception she said I couldn't complain for 7 days . And even if you complain the owner isn't interested. It wasn't a big problem as the weather was nice . So we used our wind out . I will try and get my money back but not holding out much hope as apparently the owner also doesn't do refunds . So we will see .

We just need to clarify and correct the second part of your review: You were able to put your awning up and there was ample room for sitting on the grass behind your pitch. You are very welcome to make a complaint at any time with your dislikes being looked at. Park rules state there are no refunds given 1 month before arrival, especially for changing your mind about choosing to put an awning up or not. Refunds are given to Pitch Up Bookings prior to one month of arrival, minus the deposit paid. Once again, many thanks for taking the time to write a positive review of the park.
