Kedvelték plots are well maintained and site is well situated in Norfolk

Nem kedvelték We arrived on Saturday and had previously phoned to see if site was OK to still come with our tent due to mother nature and the storm. The site said yes, we arrived and was given a pitch in full direct wind and next to a tree, yet loads of empty plots with hedgerows around all 3 sides for abit of protection. You are not allowed on site earlier unless you pay for it. We set up and the wind started our pegs kept coming out due to flooded ground as so wet where out plot was. Went to start dinner and a power cut. The site power operates the campsites showers and water so you couldn't flush toilets or brush your teeth or have a shower. Power was off for 40 hours. So camping with no food due to being unable to cook, unable to clean yourself as no emergency lighting in toilets or water to wash. Appalling. Customer service, yes they said we could move after we complained but how can you move an 8 man tent in a high wind and terrential rain storm when you have set everything up already and have 3 children with you. Given we phoned on the day before arrival and they did not warrant the mother nature and effects to where they provided a pitch plot for us in full wind and wet the service was appalling. We had to leave the next day as our tent ripped in the strong winds and we should still be their for two more nights. No customer care for this or warranting an offer of part refund due to no water on site or electric and being unable to wash, you couldn't use the toilets as there was no emergency lighting either, a very poor that they have no emergency back up. .

Kedvelték Amazing, fantastic clean site, lovely grounds and the pods were just beautiful. Blown away by how imacculately clean they were and beautifully situated. Loved the site, we love nature and it has a gorgeous wildlife reserve, walk and twin lakes for bird spotting, fishing and rabbit spotting. Total bliss and already want to book again.

Nem kedvelték The only negative was the bed mattress and sofa beds were hard and caused a bad sleep so they could do with a topper on. Otherwise no complaints was first class.
