club house was lovely clean and friendly. Motorhome part, I dont know what to say... Its not fit for anyone to stay there.

Motorhome pitches, small with low over hanging branches.
Maintenance is none. Check in system was a joke. We had to check in the main reception as the camping reception was close, well it only opened about 2 hours.
At reception the male had the right hump, because I had to go back to the motorhome and get my phone and look for my passport for ID.
The motorhome pitch he gave me was small, the branches of the trees was hitting our roof. So, I tried to call for a couple of hours to ask if we can be moved. We never got through so we just moved to another pitch that we could fit in with a motorhome. I also emailed reception, but no reply. Eventually the reception rang us up and asked us what pitch have we moved to, we gave him the pitch number, and he said we will have to move to the next pitch as this pitch is allocated out…WHY ALL PITCHES IN THAT ROW WAS THE SAME SIZE AND HIEIGHT???? He was just being a pain.
Shower blocks, Well what I can say about them. rusty floors, you could serousily hurt yourself, they stink, dirty, I wouldn’t even shower a dog in there. No water coming out, just a little drip. Cold water. THESE SHOWER BLOCKS NEED TO BE NOCKED DOWN AND REBUILT.

Friendly staff, always helpful and amazingly polite and kind.
Pitch clean tidy and a good size. Great electric hook up.
Old bathrooms lovely and nice showers.
Great entertainment for children.
Wonderful onsite pools.
Great facilities in the main gathering area.

New bathrooms, in centre of touring area (rounded building), toilets did not flush, showers were cold, water supply may have a few issues.
Terrible WiFi near main shops and pub area(it made banking very difficult)

Decent sized pitches, toilets and showers close, big shower rooms, had WiFi at the pitch, lots of activities for children

Some of the food was expensive in the restaurant but was good

Shame about the travellers playing load music after returning from the club. Brave neighbours went and had a quiet word and security checked and few times.

Been going to Sandford for years really enjoyed it

To many Irish tinkers this time kid running up and down at night, a lot of shouting, shame

Cold showers, didn’t mind as the weather was good and could shower at the swimming pool too.

Good location to get around Poole/Bournemouth area. Site is spacious and good parks for little ones.

Second time visiting and hoped facilities would have been cleaned up for the summer but shower blocks are shabby and need updating. Pool changing rooms are very grubby, never seen them cleaned.

rude staff, booked activities for the children, Gel guns broke, hooverboards not enough and my grandsons broke, grandson did activity where he got into a big plastic ball and ran around knocking each other over, told staff member it was not inflated enough as he was nearly hitting the floor ,was told its up enough even tho its got a hole in it and other staff member went to get some sellotape.. told him its un staff and a health and safety risk, staff looked at me and picked up a football and started playing basketball.. these kids that are employed for cheap labour need looking at as have no idea over customer safety.

As for the cleaning of the toilet and shower blocks absolutely disgusting.
should be cleaned hourly as so many ppl using them and in a disgusting state.
I watched a young girl who got the cleaning stuff out the cupboard lined them up on the sinks then proceeded to fill her bucket then lent against the wall with her foot behind her and got her phone out and was on Facebook.. she stayed like this for 15mins then slopped dirty water around the floor and left. was left in a worst state

The grandchildren were absolutely blown away with the park and the safari glamping tent. It was a great adventure for them.

All the staff were AMAZING and they made every effort to make our holiday a memorable happy one.

Archie stood out for his outstanding support to us and our grandson Toby (9), who highly respected Archie. Archie went over and above to make our stay and activities seamless and memorable. He was unbelievably talented when guiding Toby on the Hire Wire and football. Archie was professional throughout and got the best out of our Toby. Thank you Archie

Breakfast was outstanding as was the Thunderbird Chicken... excellent food.

The children really enjoyed the football and arts and craft den.

The NISA shop was brilliant.

Mainly, it was noisy, especially in the evenings. Some guests did not give up with their loud noise that went on until the early hours. Children, were constantly woken up as the noise got louder as the night went on and, we could not sleep either.

Dogs constantly barking day and night.

Outside pool was EXTREMELY COLD. THIS SPOILT OUR HOLIDAY (unsure if we would return because of this)

Wifi was so weak we could not book activities. Also, could not access our Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc.

More information provided on booking activities would be great, as it was difficult to grasp what was what and when. Especially without wifi. We missed out on loads. Go carts were broken and only a limited supply for guests to use.

We were misinformed on our booking as it stated NO DOGS, when most of our neighbours had dogs. Two of our family guests booked on our holiday, had to stay at home with their dog. When we realised dogs were allowed, they couldn't come back as they went back to work and could not mess their employers up again.

Crazy golf area needed clearing daily as it was full of stones and, debris from the bamboo plants and trees. This issue is absolute common sense and guests shouldn't have to remind staff about this. Eg when guests are playing golf, the area needs to be clean.

Our fridge was broken eg freezer compartment door was broken.

Safari tents...., bunkbeds would be better in one of the rooms as there was no space to move.

Need more football areas for the children please. Especially for younger children under 10 as the older children dominated the (one and only) pitch to play on. They took over the pitch pushing the younger children out. eg, bigger children were stronger and intimidating. Younger children had to stand back.

Heated swimming pool was good

Our pitched was plagued with mole hills which meant the ground was lumpy and the pegs would not hold in the ground. We also had some real issues with a bunch of noisy teenagers, swearing and playing loud music past 10pm. I did speak to security about it but they did one drive by and never even stopped. All the neighbours with young kids were not impressed.
Everything is extremely expensive, try £6-7 a pint!!!!
Lastly the main shower block was disgustingly dirty, no hot water for washing dishes and showing. It had a press button to activate the shower, which lasted 10seconds and was not directly under the shower so you could not press it while taking a shower. Seriously bad design.
I will NEVER go back to a parkdean site ever again. Spent over £900 to go camping and it was not worth it
