Showers and toilets in the block closest to the touring park entrance were poorly maintained although acceptably clean examples of this are sometimes there was no hot water the shower heads were blocked up and hadnt been serviced in ages which can cause legionela to breed which can be dangerous not to mention a poor shower , some of the toilet cysterns were overflowing wasting water , the chemical disposal was blocked and poo was all over the floor , the urinal is rusty yet I discovered one of the other toilet blocks as I was leaving and it was in much better condition I tried to phone reception and they hung up on me

To busy site was very big with hundreds of static vans, shower blocks nice and clean buts hot water was cold every afternoon and evening making it very hard to wash up and shower

All the activities that are on site, having a shop, the entertainment, food options and heated outdoor pool

More of a safety concern was really young children riding bikes and scooters when it’s getting dark / past 10pm with no adult supervision and no regards to cars using the roads. Serious safety issue!

How friendly all your staff were and helpful. It was extremely hot this weekend

The pool timetable. Outside pool - only allowed an hours slot time, open from 10am - 1pm back open again 2pm - 5pm.

A very very over crowded campsite, our toilet and shower block ran out of hot water. There were so many toilets with no flushers working and no signs stating this.
Extremely overpriced food!!!

How fast others drove around your campsite was scary!

I couldn’t speak to your touring reception via your telephone line. The only time I did is when I received a call, promised a call back and nothing!

Staff very friendly and helpful. All ways willing to help with a smile. Closeness of shower and toilet blocks. Amusement arcade, and other facilities. Size of pitches. Pitches were fairly level too.

Toilet and shower blocks, especially the newer ones were disgusting, always dirty, empty toilet paper. The hot water didn’t work, even after the maintenance staff had tried to fix it. The toilets didn’t flush properly, and the women’s didn’t flush at all at one point.
The electric points for caravans and motorhomes need to be labelled. When we arrived someone had used ours, and had to move there’s to the correct connection. I also met another fellow camper that had the same issue.

The other undesirable 3 vans which turned up the day after, traveler types who had us have to stay in our van to prevent the football from damaging our caravan and property
+ you were quite clear on the voice mail I got to say no commercial or sign written vehicles to which they had one
I can only say footballs are the main problems for us and other campers we spoke to
They should be band from the pitch areas

What staff we could find were very helpful.

Quite honestly, we disliked everything.
When we arrived, we were checked in by security guards, because there was no staff on reception. We found our pitch easily but the closest toilets to us were a disgrace. Even our six-year-old son said he didn’t want to use them because they were so dirty and the flush didn’t work.
This was the case for the whole shower /WC block.
Things weren’t much better in the main building. The only staff we found were on the bar or waiting tables in the restaurant or running the prize booth in the amusement arcade.
We left the restaurant pretty quickly because we could hear screaming from the ladies loos. This turned out to be a child having a total meltdown because they needed the loo but could not go because they were so dirty. The poor child was screaming and it went on for so long, we began to feel quite uncomfortable. There were no cleaning staff to be seen anywhere.
The whole site is completely rundown and tired looking. We had a walk around and looked at the crazy golf for something to do, but everything was broken.
Bearing in mind that this was the beginning of the season, the children don’t break up from school for two weeks, I pity those who have booked for this summer as their main holiday. Not a great experience, would not recommend.
We left the next day before breakfast, because we didn’t fancy eating there.

Nothing to note here. It was awful.

Site full of the travelling community. Adults driving like idiots through the site, kids running around terrorising and intimidating everyone, stealing from the campsite shop and no respect for people's pitches.

Dogs not controlled. Off the leads and barking non stop.

One security check over the three days, hence why nothing was done about the noise, behaviour and the dogs.

Indoor pool shut.

Facilities disgusting and cold.
