Loved everything about this site! Clean toilets, little shop selling food and hot drinks at really reasonable prices, large areas to pitch tents of all sizes and jo is lovely, a real asset the site, friendly and hospitable! Will defo be back!

Loved the stay here. Good sized field and very level. The onsite facility for food was very good. And £5 to hire a fire pit including logs was fantastic.
There is a relatively deep stream that meanders its way around the back of the site and the kids were loving it! I’d recommend taking a big rubber ring and going on a lazy river ride!
We stayed in our van, put a few chairs out and enjoyed the stars. The ladies running the site were also great! 100% we will be returning.

Ps don’t be put off that there’s no showers. Just jump in the lovely clean stream 🤣

We liked everything the site is clean and quiet at night we stayed for one night in a bell tent the bell tent was so lovely so many lovely touches to the bell tent the pizza on site was lovely and really good value for money even a lovely lady came and checked we was okay too which I thought was lovely I would definitely recommend here I will definitely be coming back next year to stay in the bell tent thankyou for a lovely stay

Everything! Lovely site with very friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful setting by the river, kids loved paddleboarding in the river, playing on the rope swings, fishing. Use of a free fire pit if buying wood which was fab, kids loved sitting round it at night. Clean toilets and washing up area. Couldn't ask for more....thank you.

Very relaxed casual setting, fire pit rental with the firewood was a perfect touch which pretty much made the trip being able to sit by a fire on the evening, being only our second time camping we're still learning and acquiring different bits of equipment so this really made it a great experience.

Nothing really, although not having much to compare it to, the people were nice, it wasn't too crowded and the toilet facilities were clean enough, nothing to dislike

Very nice place, few restrictions, easy in and out process, you just go through the gate and pick your spot.
Very helpful team, very clean toilets well maintained round the clock , tissue and soap are available all the time day and night.
Highly recommend place especially for large group as you can locate your tents easily next to each other.

Nearly nothing, just dogs on loose, one excited dog visited our food couple of times which was annoying but clearly this is not the camp responsibility.

We absolutely love this site, a great place to come as a group. Love the freedom to pitch up where you like with no set pitches.

The kids love playing in the river and as a group we go on paddle boarding adventures along the river.

Toilets are always clean and well stocked (if they have ran out you only have to ask and toilet roll is available).

5* site and we will continue to return and recommend to friends.

My main dislike is taking rubbish home, especially dog poo bags can be a bit gross.

Also would prefer it if there was a shower but it’s not a deal breaker for us and won’t stop us coming.

Second time here can't fault it again staff are helpfull this place is so relaxed the kids loved the ability to run free

excellent site, facilities give you exactly what you need and are always clean! check in was easy and the whole site was given an extended leave time due to the bank holiday! The site was perfect for young couples, families and groups! The hosts were friendly and laid back couldn’t have asked for more. thanks team x
