An email was sent to you the day you booked advising there were no toilets and showers open apart from the disabled toilet for your 1 night stay(perhaps you did not receive the email). On the Pitch-up website it is advised that the showers and toilets are closed between the 1st November and the 28th February under the "Please Note" section this is easily missed if not read.
We do offer to change dates of stay as no refunds permitted within 28 days of arrival.
