As you can see by other reviews no one else appears to have had similar problems on the dates you stayed, you may have used the showers and toilets at the busiest times.
We do point out all of the water points when guests check in and the one field opposite the facilities has 6 water points(only 4 campers chose to be in that very large field), however it is the guests choice where to stay on arrival.
We did our checks at 10pm and asked anyone playing music to turn it off which they did.
Anyone having any issues whilst staying here need to notify us immediately for us to be able to address them (everyone staying has our mobile number printed on the front of their check-in cards to use when the office is closed) we are unable to sort out any past issues when notified on a review .

We do advertise dogs to be on a lead at all times and it is also written on a chalk board which is right in front of guests faces when they check-in, apart from this it is not possible to patrol the campsite at all times(there is a mobile number on the front of your check-in cards and we are also available in the Touring office for any issues that may arise).
