When we did our rounds at 10pm there was no music playing anywhere on site, you could hear talking and laughter however not loud enough to ask guests to be quieter. For future visits if it gets noisy after we have finished driving around (this may take 1 hour or more depending on how many fields are in use) you need to call us on the out of hours mobile number printed on the front of your check-in cards and we will come out to guests who are disturbing others.

And when I had asked at reception about how to get into the farm he said that it was shut! Which I was then confused as it was advertised as operating still which he told me it weren’t. Why else would I of booked it
I can understand why you will not visit again, however Pitch-up and the Hop Farm website has stated since March 2023 that it is closed for the whole of 2024, when it was open guests staying on site had half price entry to the farm between 10am and 4pm.

The showers and toilets are cleaned 3 times per day however it is not possible to do a deep clean when guests want to go in whilst cleaning is taking place even though there are other ones to use.
