A jetty would be a welcome asset with the campsite being directly on the river, I will pass this on to the management team to see if something can be done for easier access.

The pitches are checked when guests have left, plastic pegs do break off in the ground and can not be removed, (we sell metal ones in the Touring office), the pitches can become un-tidy if either the wind blows rubbish around or walkers leave a mess behind themselves.
The toilets and showers are cleaned twice per day during the week however being toilets and the nature of what they are used for they may be smelly at times as there are no automatic air fresh sprays. Toilet paper etc on the floors making it look dirty is unfortunately down to people not being tidy after the cleaner has left. The soap dispensers are checked during cleaning(we have had occasions where the soaps have been removed by campers staying). The chemical waste area is a necessity for some campers and will smell more during hot weather.

I have suggested compost toilets and believe they would be ideal for the non-electric fields that are further away from the facilities,fingers crossed we get some.
