We apologise for the disturbance to your weekend and whilst on our rounds at 10pm had a word with the parents regarding the lack of supervision over their children when dark.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay over Bank holiday weekend. We did a few drives and walk arounds and always come out when asked to by guests.
A handout is given when checking-in asking "Please be respectful of other guests".
There are signs on entering the electric fields stating No ball games permitted please use the fields opposite.
As explained when you came into the office we do not have family areas either on electric or non-electric and since the closure of the family park, farm and cafe it is not possible to stock fresh ingredients as it caused a lot of wastage when the perishables had reached their sell by date.
Perhaps you will visit again when the schools are open and it is quieter here.
