However, we apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We understand that the lack of hot water and unreliable WiFi, especially when it's a paid service, can be frustrating. We're currently working to improve both the hot water situation and WiFi connectivity. Being in a more remote location can sometimes present challenges, but we appreciate your feedback and will use it to make improvements. While we were waiting for a part to resolve the problem, we did provide an alternative showering facility, and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly. We also apologize for the issues with the cold water in the showers and washing facilities. Although we do provide an emergency contact number, it seems this wasn't communicated effectively, and we’ll work on improving that. We understand that the proximity to the A82 and the train line may not suit everyone, and we're sorry this detracted from your stay. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. It’s unacceptable that there was no pitch available despite your advance booking and payment. To address the situation, we provided an alternative spot beside the loch, arranged alternative showering facilities, and offered a bottle of prosecco as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
