Check in was from 2pm still 5pm. It was only at 5:40pm when we received an email for the gate entrance code to get in. Every other place that we had been to in the last 3 weeks had been amazing. So I can’t give feedback on the actual place and its amenities .

Since reading your review, I have personally checked our availability for the date in question. I can confirm there were no pitches available, and our receptionist was not lying. We are unsure why the system appeared to show spaces online at that moment, but I can assure you there was no actual availability to move your booking forward by a day.
It’s also important to note that, even if there had been space, moving a booking forward is not something we are normally able to do. Exceptions can occasionally be made in truly exceptional circumstances, but this was not the case here.
I understand how this may have caused frustration, and I appreciate you raising it so we can continue to monitor both our booking system and communication to ensure clarity for guests.
