We had two pitches that were uneven which led to my husband having a very bad back for 5 days. The grass could have also done with a cut. A bit overpriced.

You didn’t ask if you could park up somewhere to spend extra time with your family. We would certainly have said yes. The booking on Pitch up clearly states that your pitch has to be vacated by 12 noon, we had another booking for your Camper Van’s hard standing pitch and new visitors can arrive from 12 noon onwards. Your daughter’s grass pitch was for two nights and no one mentioned that they were unhappy with either pitch at the time. We could easily have relocated you.
Incidentally, your Camper Van pitch is generally regarded as our best pitch and many, many visitors have stayed on it and have always been happy. We placed you there to be close to your daughter , there were several other pitches available that evening which you could easily have moved to.
Loved every minute of our time at the farm.

Thank you for your review. Bit confused about the site being congested as our Motor Home pitches are huge and well away from our seasonal pitches which are all spaced in accordance with official guidelines. In addition there were only two other visitors that evening.
Unfortunately we cannot control road noise but many visitors don’t notice it at all!
