Brilliantly located site to see south/mid wales.
Clean, friendly site, big plus that they will except continental touring caravans.
Near a very welcoming village with a few pubs and shop.
Had a cracking meal in the Mansel Arms, very friendly locals and great pint.
We liked it that much we will be going back next year as seasonal.

We loved our stay at Coedhirion farm! The toilet and shower facilities were excellent and always clean, plenty of room in their when you're showered 2 young children.
They're are loads of animals to see and for the children to engage with and feed. So peaceful and relaxing, you really feel well looked after as the owners are really welcoming.

The toilet block/showers were diligently cleaned a number of times a day. The fridge and washing up facilities were a bonus. We liked the pigs and rabbits next to the camping field. The post office village shop were happy to take things back for us to collect at the farm house. Welcoming staff/ owners. Location for travelling great. Short walk to the village for pub and shop.

The site is near to the road and I did need to wear ear plugs to sleep. I also wasn’t exactly sure where to camp, although the field was for 3 tents one tent seemed to be in the middle of 2 pitches leaving either one with a slight slope that was quite small or one that was closer to the other tents in between.

Overall the site was ok. Quick walk away from local pubs and shop. Pigs, sheep and ducks dotted around the farm. Shower and toilet facilities were spotless.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare. When you arrive at the farm there's a notice board with envelopes pinned to it giving you instructions on where to pitch up. Our envelope had no pitch details and instead asked us to call a mobile number. After calling the number half a dozen times there was no answer, the notice board listed an alternative mobile number which also had no answer and the landline number for the farm was also not being answered. No one at the farmhouse answered the door when i went to knock so had to hang around for about half an hour before the owner returned my call and advised us where to pitch our van which wasn't ideal as we had brought our dogs along for the weekend and they were stuck in the car.

The site is pretty small and felt a bit cramped.

The toilet facilities were littered with notices over the walls instructing guests to leave the facilities as they found them, flush the toilet, keep noise down which felt a bit excessive and tatty.

Didn't see the owner once during the two days we were there.

Absolutely beautiful place , we booked last minute as we had been visiting friends , the animals here look extremely happy and it's so clean , I have social anxiety but I can honestly say the other campers were really friendly and made me feel at ease , this place isn't rowdy at all and everyone is respectful , by 10pm it's a quiet place with only the sound of farmyard animals and owls , we will definitely be back

Small site, nearby village pubs. Farm animals to visit. Friendly people. There was a small toilet/shower block. Envelope on notice board with our pitch location for when we arrived. My son loved looking at the cows and sheep.

Our pitch didn’t feel like a pitch as such, felt like we were in a carpark space. Quite close to next van. Not really anywhere for kids to play (that we could find).

The friendly staff and other residents was brilliant. The tent pitches were very close to the toilets and showers which made life very easy with young children.

If you are looking to feel totally detached then it is worth noting how close this is to the A48. We didn't feel it was a negative, but it's note worthy depending on the experience you are after
