The facilities were excellent—clean and warm toilets and showers, plus a washing station with two dishwashers (paid) and a sink, which made cleaning up easy. Having fresh spring water on-site was a great perk too!
The site itself is stunning, with beautiful views, two ponds, and a large fishing lake. There’s plenty to do, especially for families—there is a play area for kids loved and a lot of farm animals. There is a little bar & restaurant which is also the reception which is a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing in the evening. There are also loads of great walks in the surrounding area, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.
To top it all off, we had a tasty breakfast the next morning, and the staff were so lovely. We’ll definitely be coming back!
