A aimé It was my third time staying here. We love it. The facilities are always lovely and clean. The owners are very helpful. Not a bad thing about it. Will be back

A aimé The location for accessing local outdoor attractions

N'a pas aimé First of all, when it came to pitching the tent, it would of been comfier pitching on concrete. The tent pegs wouldn't go in the ground. After setting the tent up we thought we would go and have a look at the toilets and shower facilities. We was shocked. The showers looked like something out of a horror film with little privacy with what looked like plastic butcher curtains on the main entrance to the showers. The "female toilets" had urinals covered up with black bin bags and the toilets were a squeeze to get into. God forbid if you were plus sized. Most of the time the toilet paper was on the floor which obviously got wet with God knows what. It was filthy with toilet paper on the floors (used?!). Put it this way there was a cotton bud that had been on the toilet floor for the whole time we stayed. My partner said the males showers were exactly the same. The price was outlandish considering the lack of useable/ hygienic facilities during a global pandemic! We paid £30 a night for two nights. So £60 and we were absolutely disgusted with the state of it. I would like my hard earned money back. I have emailed Popcorn Camping requesting a refund and have received a rude email in response.
