N'a pas aimé To be honest 1st no bbq yes he put one there to uesd but there was about 10 others to ues it..2nd very cold showers. 3nd the toilet smell so bad there was blood over one of the toilet sets, 4 the nose last night then again very early this morning I just couldn't do it i had to leave 1day before so paid for 3 night only stay 2. the man of the sit was rude and not caring. my poor son was put off ever going camping again everything was bad

Réponse du gestionnaire : Dear Anna, That toilet was never like that when you got there, it was the only one that was full after a full site on a Saturday night. I PERSONALLY CLEANED ALL THE TOILETS MYSELF BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. The other 9 toilets were practically empty some not even used. Unfortunately some guests get over zealous with sawdust and paper, if it was a problem at the time you only had to contact us and it would have been dealt with. The toilets are checked twice daily. You complained about the fire ban which is country wide set by the fire brigade, it specifically states on Pitchup that fires will not be allowed in super dry conditions, you complained about the noise of someone using an electric pump to pump up airbeds which you will get on any camp site. You stated it is your first camping trip, maybe camping is not for you. I went out and spent £250 on a gas bbq specifically for you and others to use. You even apologised for your outburst siting stress from your kids. At the time you was there two other families used the bbq for 45 minutes between them. It is not really our responsibility to arrange your cooking arrangements.
