A aimé Good location. The site owner made it clear that future bookings should be made directly with the site itself, as pitchup charges hefty additional fees. Judging by the costs of others booked in, it was clear I paid the most by a hefty margin ... and only for a 1-night stay!

N'a pas aimé The site facilities looked + felt dated, including toilet/shower facilities. It was disappointing that the site owners had felt the need to put up a conspicuous 'site rules' sign, listing dire prognostications for any transgressors of those rules: clearly, previous guests had not been respectful of the site or other site-users.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for the review, the fee charged was a booking fee , persons booking through other sites would also have to pay an advanced booking amount so your information is not correct on the amount you paid as you were putting the total amount you paid against what other customers paid directly to Glenmore after their booking fee was deducted, as for the signs around they are there for the safety of our clients, "eg" dog keeps on leads, no late fires to avoid fumes or sparks getting in to tents, no noise after 11pm, these rules are only hated by persons wanting to break these rules and are not welcome at Glenmore no matter how they pay.
