A aimé Nice pitch near the river. Could get access to the river in a few places. Able to choose our pitch. Facilities clean (own toilet paper needed) Quiet while we were there. Can order bread and croissants for the morning. Didn't try the restaurant or pool so can't comment on those. Well placed for visiting the local area.

N'a pas aimé When we arrived, owner was making someone an ice-cream and completely ignored us. Check in was in the bar/restaurant so it wasn't clear if we were in the right place. A simple, 'I'll be with you in a moment' would have been nice! Shame because he was quite chatty later but first impressions matter.

A aimé Really friendly owners. Very good size pitches, all with hedging for privacy. Facilities clean. Swimming pool perfect on the really hot days we were there!! It isn't big but enough for a dip to cool down. Bread / croissants etc can be ordered for pick up at reception from 8am. WiFi signal around reception area good.

N'a pas aimé Phone signal drops in and out but that's not a bad thing!!

A aimé Lovely little site. We were able to pick our own spot which is nice. Facilities very clean. Yes, you need to take your own toilet paper but that's not unusual in a small, cheaper campsite. Really quiet and relaxed. Was able to plug in laptop and use WiFi in reception area to do some work. Able to do our washing and dry on the lines provided. Guy on reception speaks excellent English and really helpful. Totally recommend.
