A aimé How it's clean and a wonderful get away as has a ferry in operation to take cars etc across the river, is very entertaining to watch while having a drink from the pub and there food is very good.

A aimé The hard standing pitch. All the people here are lovely and give all there all so everyone has a great time. Christmas dinner was out standing.

A aimé The only thing I liked was how you were allowed in the Restaurant with my dog. Also the pitches were a nice size.

N'a pas aimé But can't understand why my little dog was not allowed in the show bar. As the dog was allowed near food . But not allowed in where there is no food, Also got rules to say your dog can't be left in motorhome alone. So how are we suppose to have a nice holiday if we can't enjoy the entertainment Also we even have to pay for the dog to come. Which i think is wrong when they are not allowed in the main entertainment area. We even got told off by staff for having the dog in the amusement area. As he said we could just walk round the edge to get out of the building as it was actually a walk through for us with a dog so not allowed to play on machines. So we may as well gone to a holiday park with no entertainment. As we were not allowed to see any form of entertainment and that was the main reason we came. As most holiday parks we have been to now allow dogs in all areas. So feel you should too.As feel we were getting punished for having our little dog with us.

A aimé The showers and Toilets were really nice and clean and also on a regulater so didn't have to keep my finger on the button. So that was very good. Also the pitches were well kept. Also was brilliant how our dog was allowed in the club house .

A aimé I liked how we had picnic table on our pitch. Also it is a nice setting and made us very relaxed

N'a pas aimé That we were told in the wrote up that there was a pub 15 to 20mins away from the site. But when we put it in maps it said it would take 1hr 38mins walking to it. So we didn't go.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hi Kim Thanks for your review. There are in fact two pubs within a 15 minute walk from the campsite, enjoyed by many who visit. Please consider visiting us again and try them out.

A aimé How quiet it was considering there pub is not far away. Nice showers with lovely big shower heads. Also the meals in the pub were brilliant and enjoyed everyone we had. Also had a great new year's eve . Enjoyed staying there that we stayed for three extra days. Will definitely stay here again.

N'a pas aimé Only thing is that the morning I was leaving, I went to have a shower and it was locked off with a metal bracket and a screw, so could not get in . So was very disappointed as was looking forward to my morning shower.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your comments, sorry you thought showers was locked i will have to get the bracket removed, the door just gets stiff in this damp weather.

A aimé The owners penny and Steve were very helpful and friendly. New shower toilet block that was out standing. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to be. We loved it so much we did not want to come home so booked extra nights. Will be visiting again real soon.
