Friendly pub, good food and beer. Good access to all off Exmoor. Over 18s only.

Toilets and showers could do with some attention.

Loved the space to pitch our tent , it was lovely and quiet.
The ground was nice and flat , clean and grass cut nice .
Samual was lovely, friendly and showed us everything, he even lent us a hammer as we forgot ours .
All showers and toilets nice and clean . A really love stay .

Not a fault at all but disappointed that the pub was so packed out so we couldn’t have a carvery or even reserve a place but I guess it shows how popular it is but we had to drive somewhere else to get Sunday lunch .

Price was great, lovely location, very friendly staff

Using the camping facility which l found to be more than acceptable although the toilet and shower facilities are a little basic they were clean.

As l was on site on a Wednesday, l chose to take advantage-of the Venus catering facility and the carvery which was available that day.

The food was well presented, hot and tasty, unlike many similar venues the vegetables were NOT over cooked.
As would be expected a wide selection of meat and vegetables to meet all expectations was available.

The staff received me professionally and were most helpful and courteous in all a first class visit.

As it is said the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and in the question would l return.
The answer is a big Yes .

WC facilities and showers could be improved and the wc disposal are could be power washed and improved.

Showers and toilets on site, nice pub with good food on site. a good stop over on route to holiday destination

All facilities there and did the job, just needs a bit of TLC to fix some bits
