Good clean facilities

3rd time visited now , lovely owners . Grounds are lovely , great park for the children to play on. Showers , toilets, pot was area was always clean and stocked

A great clean site and very family friendly. Great facilities and perfect for allowing the little one to run free. Staff were very friendly and shop had a great selection of food, toys and camping supplies.

We loved how friendly and clean this campsite was. We loved that we could pitch wherever we wanted. The children’s park was brilliant and the kids loved seeing the animals around the farm. Thank you for letting kids be kids and play ball games, it was so lovely to see kids enjoying quality time in the outdoors. The shop was brilliant, even though it’s small it has everything you could want with freshly sourced foods from the local butchers. Everything is reasonably priced too!! There’s plenty of toilet & shower facilities which were always clean. We were there for 2 nights and both nights there was an ice cream truck that came on site. On the 1st night there was a van selling pie & chips and the 2nd night there was a pizza van making homemade pizzas. They had someone come on site to do face painting, glitter tattoos and hair bands for the kids.
Overall was a fantastic experience, especially for my 2 year olds 1st time camping. Will definitely be returning.

Having an unlimited pitch so we could spread out a bit;
The play area is excellent;
The location is great for nearby activities/attractions;
Toilets and washing facilities were regularly cleaned;
Staff were friendly and very helpful;
Grass area for pitching is good quality;
Very family friendly;
Pigs, chickens and horses on site

Have to pay 20p per minute for the showers (you need coins) but facilities are good.

Lovely friendly staff. The people working in the shop were fantastic with the little one's who loved to buy things by themselves. Even came to personally inform us when the ice cream van came after my daughter asked about it. Lovely facilities regularly checked

Absolutely gorgeous campsite. The facilities are really clean and plenty of them for the 3 separate areas. The kids play park, ice cream van and pop up hot food visitors were a great addition and the little shop had some great food from local farms at good prices. The views and the location of this campsite are fantastic!! The hair dryers need 20p but are really hot and the public fridges, freezers and charging spots were useful.

Occasional noise from the quarry is there so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Female showers were quite cold at times.
