The playground has probably see. Better days and could do with a refresh. It doesn’t look particularly safe.
Upon arrival, we checked in and we were given zero information, most sites give you a little run through of where everything is or even some site rules. Im guessing no one else was as there was a lot of music on till later than the 10:30 quiet time and disposable bbqs left round the edges of the site.
Not somewhere we would go back to but if you have a big family I think it would probably be good.

We had a walk over the gate at the top of the field to a little brewery which had some spectacular views. Lovely staff friendly great clean facilities including showers.
N'a pas aimé : No dislikes until bed time when other noisy campers kept me awake while 1a.m supposed to be rules but nobody listened. Not the sites fault just disrespectful people. The 2nd night was definitely quieter as I think they’d been told to keep noise down.
Hi, Im glad you enjoyed your stay apart from the noise on the first night and can only apologise, it shouldnt happen, we do have security on who patrol the site, we have a no music policy from 10.30pm, but its very hard to stop people sitting up and talking later and dont think they realise just how loud they are being !

Seriously a 4 ?? We are a family site which you booked over a weekend during the 6 weeks holidays, so yes we were full, not packed or over booked just full. As a seasonal business which had an awful start to the season due to the relentless weather you would hope that this would be welcomed not criticised ! The views are stunning all around so certainly not blocked. Half of the playground was built new 2 years ago and all under the correct standards, it gets inspected every year independently through the NFU our insurers so your comments are completely wrong. Check in is quick and straight forward which most people welcome and we pride ourselves on being welcoming and helpful. We have security on site at weekends so we do have a no music policy after 10.30pm, and as for the bbq's I have no idea, I personally check that field and I did not find 1 !
I find your comments and score really hurtful, we work tirelessly to provide our campers with the best time, with the cleanest facilities, and the best memories for their family's which is why people return year on year, and Im glad you dont want to come back as it was so obviously wasted on you.
