There was no point complaining as we were told on arrival it was the last pitch, after having to sign a rules list as long as my arm. Three other pitches were also miserably tiny and poorly positioned, and don’t even mention the ‘glamping pod’ shoe horned in. There were far too few toilets & showers for a site of this size, exacerbated by one shower not locking and another being stuck on cold. Even worse you have to pay for them, and privacy was compromised with see through glass.
The whole organisation of the site felt that the owners were trying to maximise profit over customer experience.
Another fab stay at Hendre Hall. Such a great site …
