Staff were polite and helpful. Facilities were clean. Best of all it's pretty much as close to the beach as you can get. Some folk have mentioned the trains and yes they do pass along the perimeter. but I found the noise of rain on the roof and the occasional clicker-de-clack of a passing train was just the thing to send me off in to s long deep and undisturbed sleep
