Staff are so welcoming and friendly, site lovely and clean, quiet and lots of space. (2 adults, 6 year old and a 13 year old)A lovely stocked shop on sites, washing machines and dryers, 2 family bathrooms (bath and shower, along with toilet and sink)
Play park and a football pitch, local national park just minutes down the road. We have ordered food from the restaurant 3 times over our two stays and the food is really good. You can sit in and eat or take out.
We stayed in a pod plus and we loved it, own toilet and sink (saves walking across the site to the bathrooms), mini kitchen (sink, microwave, two hobs, fridge with mini freezer and a kettle).
Bunker beds and a double bed, with table and chairs. In the pod there was a mini hoover and dustpan and brush. Large decking area with a family picnic bench. Own parking spot.You can use their sister site Ladrum bay, lots to do there. Arcade, beach, swimming, massive play park, lovely bar and restaurant area, good side shop sells everything. Lovely walks and a football pitch.
Bicton botanical gardens is a great place to take kids, lots to do and see. Good value for money.
A great farm shop Greendale farm shop, 7 minutes down the road and if you like fishing some small lakes just behind the site, family run and great for kids.
WiFi is available if you stay in the caravans, but not the pods.
We will be going back next year, as we just love the site

I know it is coming to end of seasons, so can understand if things will done over the closing season.
The showers were better maintained in our first stay compared to our stay recently. Two not running properly. Another had chewing gum and hair stuck to the walls, which was there all week. (I know this isn't down to the site but the users themselves)
