FANTASTIC Me and my partner tried this place just for one night was only there a couple of hours and already knew we would be returning as we did this weekend (3weeks later) great location great site staff were friendly and helpful everything was very clean and tidy live the facilities great swimming pool nice bar and restaurant ate there both nights couldn’t fault the food at all was lovely and not overpriced like some places you could go so happy to find this place and look forward to booking again soon If you haven’t been there don’t hesitate book now you won’t be disappointed

What a great little place this is!!!! We were won over, not only by the friendly and welcoming staff but with the fantastic facilities on offer!
For the price especially! They have 2 indoor pools, both heated, and a little park next to a small club house. The club house isn’t one of those noisy overwhelming ones!! LOL it’s got a great atmosphere without being over the top and too loud. They open at 4pm and serve foot and drinks all evening.
When we were there they even had a live singer, and again this was completely free as are all the facilities. The small little touches make this place feel welcoming. Down to the walk way between the two different pitching fields where they have hidden animal statues, which really excited my little boy. I can’t rate this site enough, we are even thinking of getting a seasonal pitch here!
Check in was smooth and you have the benefit of a coded barrier. Location was good and washing facilities were as you would expect.

Pitch was a good size, the area was well maintained.
We loved how clean the shared showers/toilets were kept. They were regularly maintained.
The site had everything you needed, a small shop, park and pub.

Pitch was nice and big and great having the bushes to separate the sections.
The pool was clean, warm and really easy to access.
Everything was close by, washing facilties, reception, club house and pool.

My hay-fever was pretty bad all weekend

Small friendly and fairly quiet site. Toilets clean but need updating. Pitches are a good size. Didn’t use bar or swimming pool as were too busy off site exploring.

The bar, the park, the pool were all fab and made our stay much more enjoyable. The cabin was really well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay and book here again.

It would be good if it was a bit clearer what ‘cooking equipment’ meant on the booking website so I knew what needed (and didn’t need) to pack.
Impossible not to flood the shower cubicle.
