Indoor heated pool, bar drinks selection and food. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Facilities clean, showers hot. Nice quiet pitches away from traffic

We had a lovely stay overall and would happily return. The facilities were spotlessly clean throughout our visit, which made a big difference to our comfort. The pool was also beautifully warm – the children thoroughly enjoyed it.

One area that could be improved is the parking for the hard standing pitches. It isn’t very clear which parking space belongs to which pitch, and on a few occasions neighbours accidentally used the wrong spot, which then caused confusion for others. Everyone was very polite and no one wanted to make an issue of it, but it did create a bit of unnecessary inconvenience.

A simple solution might be to add clear signage at each car park space showing the pitch number. That would make things much clearer and help avoid any mix-ups in future.

Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities – just a small tweak to the parking system would make it even better.

Staff very friendly. We only stayed for one night and the weather was shocking. Would you believe..... it rained. I know right! Rain in feb! We would definitely go back.

Pitches could be a little more level. I understand that yhey need the run off for water but even at max height, our van levelers couldnt quite make us level.

We liked our pitch overlooking the Somerset levels. We liked that the facilities were clean. We went for a drink and food in the entertainments area, the first night only, there were a few others there despite it being out of season. We liked that there were others with their Motorhomes. On-site caravans were also being used. The site is popular from what we saw. Would recommend. It's a likely possibility that we will book again.
