A aimé Phil was very helpful but his godly powers couldn't do anything about the weather sadly, toilets were very bright and clean so overall no problems

A aimé The site was ok club on site was good. Play area for kids was ok.

N'a pas aimé We were put on a pitch got set up and had to move as we were on someone elses pitch. People dont clean up after their dogs .i have 2 and always pick up. Electric kept going off. Very disorganised

We have just opened the park and there always a few issues considering the the amount of rain we have had
Lucky we have hard standing not only on the touring field but with in the carivan park
Your comments about the dog fouling is the first I have seen in 3 years
I will have a chat with our grounds man

Re your pitch
did drive of for the day and when you returned somebody else had takern you spot

I can only apologise
But please in the future put something on your pitch to hold it
The mistake must have have happen when my amazing staff changed shift

And your private note about the toilet paper running out ots always an issue we put out 40 rolls this week end
And again when camping please take your own

This time of year . We do open and it is a challenge but that's why we only charge £20 pounds a night

N'a pas aimé Being woken up at midnight beyond what sounded like half the park (customers AND staff involved) shouting, arguing and fighting, with threats of arson and suicide

I am aware of of the problem on Saturday night
It was caused by a local man in not a good way

My staff tried fir many hours to calm him down

I very sorry for this as riverview is famous for its quietness

N'a pas aimé Rude owner. Been waiting for my refund and he went from saying yes I'll send it to pitchup owe you it even though pitchup have emailed him telling him to pay me. And still he's made no payment and just ignores me or says pitchup will sort it. No need for all this and I'd never leave negative feedback but when not paid what I'm owed and been told he has to pay.. Why would I leave good feedback

You never arrived at the site as you had canceld

The way you get your refund is buy the stripe Account

There was some issues with pitch up and stripe account
And it touch us and pitch up 3 weeks to resolve
I beleave pitch up has refunded you now

A aimé The staff are wonderful, helpful. Cheerful and try really hard to help.
The pub/bar is great, good selection of beers and Jenny is such a lovely helpful lady

N'a pas aimé The touring pitches are rather small, the toilet blocks are really cold and need repairs. Shower head held up with cable ties, lights out etc.

A aimé Views were stunning, good base to venture out into the area. Good value 👏 pub on site which was warm and welcoming. Food was very good quality and good value. We stayed new year and there was a party and although we didnt go in the hall because of our dogs it looked like a good time was had by all
Pod was warm, basic but had a fridge, kettle and toaster. Close proximity to the loos and the pub and could park our car right next to pod.
There was issue first night either electricity but Phil regularly updated us on what was happening. It didnt affect our stay

N'a pas aimé Mats outside pod might be good idea to wipe feet before going in pod but again didnt affect our stay.

A aimé Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely walks and local villages

N'a pas aimé Downside we had was several power cuts and having to run the heating off our gas which was disappointing as we paid for full electric hookup!
So in effect it cost us a bottle of gas to keep warm
Several people had to leave the site as they didn’t have power, so at least we were
lucky to have some power.

Great New Year’s Eve party in the bar and free food supplied

Maybe better in summer when the pool and gym are open.

We would visit again, IF the power was guaranteed to be working

Camping in the winter is not fir the fant heated

As said before Yes we had issues with electric
It was a national grid issue out of our hands

But I must say my super team handel the problem very well . Even though the temper dropped to -8

The hole of the festive season was a complete success

And only £ 20.per night
And with pitch up voting us 2nd out of 380 other Lincolnshire touring field and carivan parks
Congrats to the riverview team
