A aimé Close enough to Kirkcudbright to walk in , pleasant town with plenty of shops. Site was ok , nice pitch. No amenities as such but ok for a couple of nights stay

N'a pas aimé No one there when we arrived as office not manned from 9am - 16:00pm which we found strange however all info there for us

A aimé Lovely pitches well spaced but with plenty of privacy . Shower block was good. Customer service excellent. Fabulous campsite will definitely return

A aimé Spacious pitches, up to date and clean amenities staff are so helpful and pleasant this is a massive campsite but doesn’t feel like it is. Walkable and cyclable to beaches/ towns . Supermarket right next door, good prices too

A aimé Our pitch , we paid for larger pitch. Closeness to beach and Denia cyclable The toilets and pool all being refurbed but was not an issue and will improve the site dramatically when finished

N'a pas aimé Long term / residential caravans and motor homes interspersed with all pitches, a lot of these are unkempt and scruffy

N'a pas aimé Very dated site , all amenities need updating and modernising. Pitches awful when wet . We ordered and paid for baguette which had ‘been collected’ when we went and it was obvious member of staff believed we had collected it and was reluctant to reimburse us until challenged. Lots of rubbish around where bins are. There is nothing else to do nearby and very remote

A aimé Lovely pool area looks like the site is being upgraded. Area is great easy cycle to Lagos and short walk to a Praia de Luz

N'a pas aimé Nothing much to dislike but would benefit from proper pitches , no lighting in showers on first night and cold water in washing up area
