A aimé Very Clean, very welcoming owners and made you feel relaxed. The jacuzzi and bar was great and we enjoyed the paella.

N'a pas aimé There was noise from a nearby surrounding campsite which was at 3am but that was nothing to really do with the campsite.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Hello, thank you very much for this feedback. Glad to read you've enjoyed your stay. Noise was coming from a music festival 4 km away, but true, the bass was a litle loud ;) Thanks again!

A aimé The host tried to accommodate us and apologised throughout. At least we had heating and gas for cooking and the caravan was ok.

N'a pas aimé The host didn't even know we had booked the caravan. Arrived and the host stated that he thought he had cancelled. Had no shower, no toilet in caravan. Had to use facilities on site which cost a quid and my partner didn't even have hot water she had to have a cold shower. We was told that we would be given a £1 each for shower never received. It wasn't what we expected after having to travel through the extreme weather conditions.

Réponse du gestionnaire : sorry about your experience we made you aware previous guests had broken toilet cassette and you had the option to cancel your partner could not work out how to use shower but in front of you i switched shower on and i made you touch the water which was hot also after that i give your wife and your son £1 each for the meter i am disappointed that you are not being honest about the shower
