A aimé I liked the entertainment which was excellent. and the pool was great with the lifeguards doing a good job looking out for non swimmers etc.The location of the site is a big attraction for us overlooking Haryln bay and the local beach being a 10 minute walk away.The staff were friendly and always helpful when asked for advice.The food at the restaurant was good and the carvery on the Sunday was a treat for us. The free showers were a real bonus for us this year as we didn't need lots of 20p coins in order to have a shower .IWe hope this continues for the showers.

N'a pas aimé The toilets cleanness was an improvement from last year although the urinals were not being flushed regularly and were quite smelly due to being in continuous use.

A aimé The location and close proximity to the beach is perfect, swimming pool was nice and food we purchased in restaurant was good Friendly staff

N'a pas aimé We have come to your site on and off for last ten years and think we have stayed at least 6 times however; on our last visit I was very disappointed to find some of the toilets did not flush and did not seem to be cleaned often the same with the showerers which often smelt of sewage and the washing up facilities were often unclean with no plugs.

A aimé We arrived at the monkeytree holiday park and were pleased to have a spacious level tent pitch that was well protected from the elements with a hedgeline.The staff were most helpful and friendly.We liked the artificial beach which is a hit with the children.The heated outdoor pool was well maintained and with a lifeguard service looking after everyone.The location is ideal for Newquay and surrounding beaches.The toilets and showers were spotless.

N'a pas aimé The showers were too hot for our child who refused to use them all week.There was no option to regulate the shower temperature for her shower.I do appreciate that the showers need to be hot for the adults though..Could do with more water points in fir tree field .We could only find 2 cold water taps in the lower part of the field where the caravans were sited.The tree line parthway could do with some lighting if possible.

I apologise for any issues with our showers- maintenance staff are always happy to look into any issues if they are reported to our reception team. Fir field has 9 water taps overall- spread out over the field. Your comments on lighting in the tree line will be passed on to management for review.
