A aimé Lovely friendly site with great countryside views. Booked EHU and was allocated pitch 6 which is massive! 2 indoor full bathrooms with good showers. 2 separate toilets. Use of microwave toaster and kettle which was a handy alternative to camp cooking. Fresh farm eggs and some veg available which was lovely. Great alternative gift to take home instead of fudge! Fantastic country pub around the corner with live acts every night. Really friendly welcoming staff. Short 10 minute walk to mines and only 30 minute walk to the top of Bassett monument with great views over west Cornwall Not a negative as such but suggestion that they try to provide an area for grey waster drainage for campervans.

A aimé Lovely site. Really friendly staff. Nice little cafe bar with excellent food and drink. Reasonably priced too. Little swimming pool and great toilets and showers. We paid the extra couple of pounds for the larger pitch which was well worth it.

A aimé Decent hard standing level pitches. Close to local pub. Nice location friendly owner.

A aimé Friendly clean well equipped site, the owner was lovely and very helpful. Very reasonable laundrette and great camp kitchen.

A aimé clean well equipped site, 15 minute walk to the quaint village of Cong with a footpath for almost all of the way. Longer circular route with views of the stunning countryside and castle. great camp kitchen.

A aimé The view!!! Basic ‘wild camp’ type site with limited facilities as advertised but if you can live without a shower for a couple of days it’s worth it for the view! Friendly owners and free tea and coffee provided in a sheep trailer. Clean portaloos and did I mention the view!!!!

A aimé Friendly neat and tidy site. Spacious level plot and seem to be further expanding. Lovely outlook and safe (footpath) walking distance to a pub.

N'a pas aimé Probably need to review the toilet and shower provision as only one single shower in total and one ladies cubicle. I understand lots of motor homes have facilities but little campervans don’t.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for your review. It is already on our to do list to either reconfigure the toilets and shower block or we are possibly building a new block at the end of the season.

A aimé Great campsite. Lovely toilet blocks. Friendly owners. Great for kids of all ages with an on-site petting farm and mini tractors to play on. Lovely views over the countryside and out towards the coast. Owner recommended local shops and businesses, a credit to Anglesey!

A aimé The site is primarily a wedding venue which has diversified in the current crisis to accommodate campers. This was its first weekend open as such. Fantastic location with amazing views over Morecambe Bay. Convenient for the Lakes and Lancashire Countryside. Very friendly staff and amazing 16c barn for an evening drink. Very reasonable.

N'a pas aimé Listing said 'No showers' which was accepted, however there were no sinks either, just 4 Portaloos with hand sanitiser. Not great for a quick wash or teeth brush. Also nowhere to wash up pots just a single standpipe. A couple of multipurpose outdoor sinks could be installed to make a big difference to facilities Hopefully this may be resolved later in the season because despite this, I'd love to revisit.

Réponse du gestionnaire : we now have an outdoor sink with hot water for washing up for you. Im sorry you were disappointed but it was our first day on 07.08.20 and we were astounded and caught a little off gaurd at just how popular we would be so had not invested to heavily in the venture with scary economic times at the moment, but i have taken all your comments on board and the sinks are being fitted this week Park House Farm has always been a hub of diversification and pride ourselves in our customer service so i do hope you will come back again as we would love to have you x

A aimé Lovely site with fantastic views of the sea from some of the pitches. Good facilities. Shower block was great, you paid 50p for five minutes but could drop further 10p’s in to extend the shower. Consistent water temperature and pressure which is brilliant in a campsite. Very friendly staff. Felt very safe given current Covid crisis. Handy shop with local produce And they allowed you to freeze your freezer blocks for free! Little pub with outdoor seating around the corner less than five minutes walk. The on-site bar was closed because of Covid but the pizza takeaway was open for collection. Pizzas were fantastic and really quick.

A aimé Really friendly, very clean, close to the beach, ice cream man is it is it was a bonus. Also fresh farm eggs on sale… Delicious!

A aimé Very quirky and friendly, not one for the caravan club types who want a sterile rectangular pitch.
